I ordered from ry.com.au i was bracing myself for the usual online shopping suspense story, but it all went really smoothly. The tracking updates were clear, so I wasn’t left dramatically wondering where my parcel had vanished to. It showed up in good time, everything was packed properly, and there were no issues at all. Easy experience overall, and I’d definitely use them again.

The rewards are handy and the points add up faster than I expected. My only issue is that the expiry rules aren’t very clear, so I sometimes feel trapped trying to use points before they disappear without really knowing when that’ll happen.

I had to return something I bought from RY and I’ll admit I felt a bit pressured at the time, like I needed to get it sent back quickly and then just hoped the refund wouldn’t drag on forever.
To my surprise, the money was back in my account within a few days of them receiving the return. No back-and-forth or chasing anyone up, which was a relief.

"Easy return process"
I accidentally ordered the wrong hair serum and had to return it. The process was straightforward, and I didn’t run into any issues. The refund took a few days to show up, but that was about it. Overall, I’d say it’s a easy place to order from, even if you need to send something back.

They’ve got a really good range of stuff, and I was able to find everything I needed easily. The only thing is, after I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure because the communication wasn’t super reassuring. Hoping everything turns out fine, but it did make me a little distrustful after checkout.
